Keeping track of your Resume Pro order is simple and convenient. Here’s how you can check the status of your order and understand its progress:
Step 1: Visit Your Profile
Log in to the Pillo app and navigate to your Profile section.
Step 2: Click on “My Orders.”
In the profile menu, select My Orders. This is where you’ll see all your current and past orders.
Step 3: Check Your Order Status
Each order will display its current status:
- In Progress: Our team is actively working on your resume.
- Complete: Your resume has been delivered and is ready to download.
- Cancel: No further progress will be made on that order.
Step 4: Review Completed Orders
For completed orders, you’ll find the option to download your resume directly from this section.
