How to Track the Status of My Resume Pro Order

Keeping track of your Resume Pro order is simple and convenient. Here’s how you can check the status of your order and understand its progress:

Step 1: Visit Your Profile

Log in to the Pillo app and navigate to your Profile section.

Step 2: Click on “My Orders.”

In the profile menu, select My Orders. This is where you’ll see all your current and past orders.

Step 3: Check Your Order Status

Each order will display its current status:

• In Progress:  Our team is actively working on your resume.
• Complete:  Your resume has been delivered and is ready to download.
• Cancel:  No further progress will be made on that order. 

Step 4: Review Completed Orders

For completed orders, you’ll find the option to download your resume directly from this section.
