While our platform currently does not offer a direct option for users to withdraw or edit their applications after submission, we’re here to assist you. Here’s what you can do if you need to make changes or withdraw an application.

Can I Withdraw an Application?

Currently, users cannot withdraw their applications directly through the platform. However, if you need to withdraw an application, follow these steps: 

1. Contact Us for Assistance

   • Send a request to our Customer Experience Team with the following details:
     • Your full name.
     • The job title and company associated with the application.
     • A brief explanation of why you’d like to withdraw.

2. We’ll Notify the Recruiter

   • Upon receiving your request, we’ll do our best to inform the recruiter about your decision to withdraw the application.

Can I Edit an Application?

While you cannot directly update your application on the platform, you can request updates through the Support Team to correct errors. Here’s how:

1. Send a Request to Update the Information

   • Contact the Support Team with the following details:
     • Your full name.
     • The job title and company associated with the application.
     • The specific information you’d like to update (e.g., incorrect contact details or an updated resume).

2. Support Team Action

   • We’ll communicate with the recruiter on your behalf to provide the updated information.

Tips to Avoid Mistakes in Applications

To minimize the need for withdrawals or edits:

• Double-Check Information: Before submitting, review all the fields in your application to ensure accuracy.
• Upload the Right Resume: Confirm you’ve attached the correct and most recent version of your resume.
