Keeping your password secure is essential to protecting your account. Whether you’ve forgotten your password or want to update it while logged in, our platform offers two simple ways to reset or change it. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.
Method 1: Update Password via “Forgot Password” on the Sign-In Page
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the Sign-In Page and click on Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form.
- You will receive an email with a 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) code.
- Enter the 2FA code on the verification screen.
- Once verified, you’ll be redirected to a screen where you can set a new password.
- After resetting your password, use the new credentials to log in.
Method 2: Update Password While Logged In
If you are logged into your account and want to update your password, follow these steps:
- Click on the User Icon in the menu to open your profile.
- Select the Change Password option.
- A 2FA code will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Enter the 2FA code to verify your identity.
- Once verified, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
- After setting your new password, the system automatically logs you out for security purposes.
- Log back in using your updated password.
Tips for Setting Your New Password
When creating a new password, ensure it meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters.
- Includes at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
For example, a strong password could be J0b$ecure!2024.
