Resetting your password can sometimes feel complicated. This guide makes the process easier and helps you understand each step. Learn how to update your password safely and securely, no matter how you created your account—whether through Google, Apple, or a unique email address.
Resetting Your Password with Google
- Click or tap on Continue with Google on the login page.
- Follow Google’s prompts to reset your password according to their guidelines.
What to Expect
Please note that you won’t be able to change your password directly within your Pillo account settings. For more information on resetting your Google password, visit the Google Help Center.
Resetting Your Password with Apple ID
If you created your account with Apple, always log in the same way. For example, avoid using a Gmail address to sign up if you initially registered with Apple ID. Your Pillo profile will display an Apple ID email alias like test.appleid.com.
What to Expect
You won’t be able to change your password within your Indeed account settings. To learn more about resetting your Apple ID password, visit the Apple Help Center.

- Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@joinpillo.com with the subject line: Reset your Pillo Password Account.
- Click or tap Reset Password in the email to be redirected to your Pillo account.
- Following our guidelines, follow the prompts to create a strong and secure password.
What to Expect:
If you don’t see the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. You may also want to add no-reply@joinpillo.com to your safe sender list to ensure future emails come through.
Change Password In the App
If you are logged in to the App, here’s how to reset your password:
- On the Account Profile screen, click or tap Change Password.
- You’ll be prompted to verify your account by entering a 2FA code sent to your current email address on file.
- After verification, you’ll be prompted to set a new password.
- After completing the process, a confirmation page will appear indicating your password change.
What to Expect:
Once your password has been updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the subject line: Your password on Pillo has been changed. This lets you know the change was successful.
By following these steps, you can reset your Pillo password securely and with ease. If you encounter any issues, refer to Google or Apple’s help resources or contact Pillo’s Customer Experience Team for further assistance.
