How to Deactivate Your Account

If you've decided to deactivate your job seeker account, follow these steps to remove it temporarily. For compliance reasons, your account will be deactivated rather than permanently deleted, meaning we will retain some information for compliance for up to 1 year. However, your profile will no longer be visible, and you won’t receive any notifications or updates.    

Steps to Deactivate Your Account

1. Go to Your Profile Icon
   Tap the profile icon at your screen's bottom left.
2. Open Settings
   In the profile menu, select “Settings” to access your account options.
3. Select “Deactivate Account”
   Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu and choose “Deactivate Account.”
4. Enter “Confirm”
    You’ll be prompted to type “confirm” to finalize the deactivation. Once you enter “confirm,” your account will be deactivated immediately.
